Introducing our first-ever Captains Collection. Built for the fearless leader, this collection is inspired by those who lead the adventure and chase fun from dawn to dusk. These hats are built for the water with our HYDRO performance features, but we added a few extra to ensure they are seaworthy and beyond. Featuring bonded seams to increase comfort and reduce weight, we made sure to include the iconic ‘scrambled eggs’ design on the visor as an ode to the iconic captain’s hats of the past

We Ship every business day Monday-Friday. Products purchased before 2pm est, will ship same day. Most shipments arrive with in 2-3 days. We ship USPS and UPS.

At SoHa Surf Shop, we prioritize your satisfaction. Here’s a quick guide to our return policy:

Returns

30-Day Window: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit if shipped within the window.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
FINAL SALE: Any product 40% off or more is a FINAL SALE ITEM excluded from returns.
Other Non-Returnable: gift cards, and items without tags, worn items, shoe boxes shipped that are not in a shipping box, damaged shoe boxes cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Free Returns: A return label will be provided. Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, including for multiple size orders.
Orders Under $79: Customers cover return shipping.
Same Items multiple sizes: These returns will have original shipping costs and return costs deducted from refund as it increases cost to ship dramatically.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Place a new order, and we’ll issue a refund once your original item is returned. This helps get you the item faster.
